My masters project in protein biochemistry involves identification of specific proteins in porcelain crabs that bind to lactate dehydrogenase and stabilize it. To do this, I am using co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP), SDS-PAGE and 2D gel electrophoresis, and mass spec analysis of protein bands.
