Potassium feldspar

(K,Na)[AlSi₃O₈]

Potassium feldspar is a framework silicate in the feldspar group. Potassium feldspar is generally white or pink with two distinctive cleavage planes at nearly right angles. Plagioclase is commonly found in felsic igneous rocks and pegmatite veins.
