The Industrial/Organizational Psychology MS Program at San Francisco State University was created to enable students to gain a deeper understanding of the fundamental theories underlying psychology in the workplace. Students will gain in-depth knowledge of job analysis, organization development, selection (recruiting), training, social science research methods, and statistics.
