- Devise theories by integrating their observations into what they know.
- Learn by thinking through ideas.
- Need to know what the experts think.
- Value sequential thinking.
- Need details, and are thorough and industrious.
- Enjoy ideas more than people.
School:
- Enjoy traditional classrooms and find ideas fascinating.
- Find school well suited to their needs.
- Seeking intellectual competence and personal effectiveness, they are highly skilled verbally and, generally, avid readers.
