Doug Harr has built a career providing internal and customer facing Business IT solutions to mid-market corporations and municipalities. Doug is currently head of IT at Portal Software, Inc. Portal is a publicly held convergent billing solutions provider, headquartered in Cupertino, California. Previously, Doug ran Oracle and E-Commerce practices for Core Technology Group, a sales and implementation consulting firm located in Los Gatos, California. Doug began his career working for Hewlett Packard also managing and deploying their internal IT business solutions. These varied experiences have utilized skills ranging from technical development, business analysis, change management, implementation, education, and management. Doug graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a BS in Business, Information Systems concentration. |
