Use the link below to directly access all three of our Online Applications Applications for 2011-2012 Programs Programs to begin summer, 2011
All three of our post-bac programs (Formal Post-Bac Program, Dental Reapplicant Program and Adjunct Dental Program) now use an entirely online application process hosted by Embark. Links on the web pages for all three programs lead to the single application portal. When entering any of our three online applications, you will begin with the screen below. Please create a new account with Embark if this is the first time you are dealing with Embark. If you have already set up an account with Embark, please log in. Please do not create more than one account with Embark as this may confuse us.
After creating an account with Embark you will be asked three questions that will guide you to the proper application. See screen below.
At any time during the application process you can use the link shown below (red arrow) to change the program to which you are applying. This Update my answers link is available on nearly all application pages. Please apply to only one program.
Use the configuration below to apply to the Formal Post-Bac Program (PHPCP). The Career Changer Track (CCT) and Academic Enhamcer Track (AET) use the same application. Applications now being accepted. Deadline: March 15, 2011
