Adjunct Program Application Process

Paper Application (2008-2009)

 

2009-2010 Online Application

We are no longer accepting applications for 2009-2010.

 

  • Applicants must access and complete our Adjunct Dental Program Online Application.

 

  • A prompted personal statement, a prompted explanation of disadvantaged status (if applicable), and a listing of various types of experiences are embedded in the online application.

 

  • Official transcripts from all colleges attended.

 

  • Three letters of reference, at least two from college science faculty members. A third letter, from a dentist, is highly recommended.

 

  • Documentation of legal state residence.

 

  • A complete copy of your most recent AADSAS application.

 

  • A copy of a denial letter from a US dental school.

 

  • A copy of a letter from a school of dentistry inviting you to an interview (highly recommended if available).

 

  • If you are a Disadvantaged Reapplicant, do not apply to this program; instead, apply to our Reapplicant Program.
