Your work in the Kinesiology Department will require you to make extensive use of a wide variety of software application programs. I have written the following software programs and courseware projects to assist you in your program advisement, data analysis and learning experiences:

Advisor - the Advisor software is designed to help undergraduate majors in the Exercise and Movement Science degree program to keep track of their progress in the major. The software can be downloaded and run on any PC type computer. For further details, click on the Advisor Software link in the left column.

KAVideo - The Kinematic Analysis software suite is designed to help students conduct original research projects through video based analysis of human movement. The courses Kin 485, Kin 680 and Kin 697 make extensive use of the software in term projects. The software is free and it can be run on any Windows 98 or newer PC.
