Often times you will be called upon in the business world to evaluate others. You are to privately evaluate each group member (including yourself), assess the quality and quantity of their work and assign a letter grade to each. Your are to then assess yourself in terms of your performance in this class, what you have learned and assign yourself a grade that you feel you deserve for this class. If you cannot objectively evaluate yourself or your classmates, how do you expect to perform this function in the business world? Your evaluations are to be put into a sealed envelope and not reviewed by your groupmates. Failure to complete this section of the project will generate a zero for the project.
