An outline for the election of officers is presented below. Please read the Bylaws for more details.
  • Candidates for President-Elect and Secretary-Treasurer are nominated during the annual meeting held in odd-numbered years.
  • Candidates for Graduate Student Representative are nominated by a committee of graduate students from various research institutions.
  • Voter information packets and electronic ballot are circulated to the membership.
  • Elections are decided by a simple majority of the returned ballots.
