CAERS ANNUAL MEETING

CAERS holds an annual meeting that rotates among locations within California, depending on the geographic distribution and needs of members

• Student presentations and participation are encouraged
• Formats include small topical meetings and meetings consisting entirely or mainly of poster sessions or student talks
• Formats and venues are determined through discussion among officers followed by an open electronic discussion of the issues
• Whenever possible, CAERS meetings will be scheduled to coincide with meetings of other regional societies
